REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Montierre, we take immense care in crafting and delivering our fragrances. As perfumes are cosmetic and hygiene-sensitive products, we maintain strict policies to preserve product integrity, authenticity, and customer safety. We encourage customers to make considered purchases before placing an order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

No Exchange or Refund Once Delivered

Due to the nature of perfumes as personal-use cosmetic products, Montierre does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been delivered and accepted. We recommend reviewing fragrance descriptions carefully before purchase to ensure alignment with your preferences.

2. Damaged Product Upon Delivery

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we may initiate a replacement after careful verification.

Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear images and/or unboxing video must be shared
  • Product must remain unused
  • Original packaging must be retained

After internal review and validation, we may offer a replacement of the same product. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

3. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product:

  • The product must remain unopened and sealed
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Supporting images must be provided

Montierre will evaluate the claim before arranging a replacement shipment. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

4. Refund Policy

Montierre maintains a strict no refund policy once an order has been delivered, except where required under applicable law.

Refunds may only be processed in the following scenario:

  • The cancellation request is approved before dispatch (refer to Cancellation Policy below)

Refund timelines:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund processed to original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • COD orders (if prepaid before dispatch): Refund processed via bank transfer

5. Cancellation Policy

As perfumes are cosmetic and hygiene products, cancellation requests are subject to review and approval.

A. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If a cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched, Montierre may approve the cancellation and process a full refund. Montierre reserves the sole right to determine whether an order has been dispatched.

B. Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Once shipped, the order falls under our no-return and no-refund policy.

6. How to Request Cancellation or Report an Issue

To request a cancellation (before dispatch) or report a damaged/incorrect product:

Customer support hours:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (excluding public holidays)
Requests received outside working hours will be addressed on the next business day.

7. Important Notes

  • Montierre reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet the stated conditions.
  • Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • Claims made beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
  • This policy is designed to maintain hygiene standards and protect all customers.
