At Montierre, every order is prepared with precision and care to ensure your fragrance reaches you in impeccable condition. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

Montierre currently ships across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on serviceable pin codes of our logistics partners.

If a location is not serviceable after order placement, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or process a refund.

2. Order Processing

All orders are subject to verification and availability.

2.1 Processing Timeline

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days from the date of successful payment confirmation.

2.2 Non-Processing Days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

2.3 Verification

For security purposes, certain orders may require additional verification before dispatch.

3. Delivery Timelines

Your order will be shipped in 2-3 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Montierre does not guarantee exact delivery dates but strives to ensure timely fulfillment.

4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Standard Shipping

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.

4.2 Promotional Shipping

Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a specified value. Such offers are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

5.1 Availability

COD is available for select serviceable pin codes.

5.2 Additional Charges

Additional handling fees may apply for COD orders, as reflected during checkout.

5.3 Verification

Montierre reserves the right to confirm COD orders via phone or email prior to dispatch. Orders may be cancelled if verification is unsuccessful.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched:

  • A tracking link will be sent to your registered email address and/or phone number.
  • You may track your shipment directly through our logistics partner's website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

7. Delivery & Acceptance

Upon delivery:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
  • Inspect the outer packaging before accepting the order.
  • If the package appears visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery or document the condition immediately.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

Montierre shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government regulations or restrictions
  • Strikes or logistical disruptions
  • Regional transportation limitations

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

9.1 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

9.2 Re-Shipping Charges

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

10. Lost or Marked-Delivered Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of the delivery update.
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation.
  • Resolution will depend on courier confirmation and delivery records.

Montierre is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the logistics provider unless proven otherwise.
